Finding and treating intestinal parasites requires routine fecal exams.
This test checks for common parasites, or parasite eggs in the stool sample. There are many intestinal parasites which hang on tight internally and can only be discovered by checking for the eggs in the feces. These can only be seen on a microscope.
All we need from your pet is a small amount (about 1 tsp) of fresh feces. Please note that dried out and frozen samples are not usually valid, the fresher the better!
